LEGION Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Period & Renewal
- LEGION membership is valid for the membership period specified at the time of purchase.
- House of Story Wear will send a membership renewal link by email at least fifteen (15) working days before the membership expiry date.
- Membership benefits will cease upon expiry unless membership is renewed.
2. Designated Members
- Each LEGION membership may designate up to five (5) individual members.
- Designated members are entitled to enjoy all LEGION membership benefits.
- The list of designated members may be amended during the membership period.
- Any change to designated members must be submitted by the primary contact via email at least five (5) working days in advance.
- House of Story Wear reserves the right to verify and update designated member records.
3. Access to The Library Bar
- Designated members may use The Library Bar during published opening hours.
- Membership benefits include complimentary WiFi, complimentary coffee and no time limits during opening hours.
- The Library Bar is a shared members' space and access is subject to availability and operational requirements.
- The Library Bar may occasionally be unavailable due to private hire, member events, maintenance works or other operational needs.
- Members are encouraged to make advance reservations when planning meetings, client appointments or extended use of the space.
4. Guests
- Designated members may bring guests to The Library Bar, subject to availability.
- All food, beverages and other purchases made by guests must be paid for separately.
- Complimentary member benefits, including complimentary coffee and member privileges, apply only to designated members unless otherwise stated.
5. Events & Member Benefits
- Designated members receive priority booking and exclusive invitations to member events, talks, exhibitions, live music performances and special programming.
- Certain events may require separate registration, ticket purchase or additional fees.
- Membership does not guarantee admission to events that are fully booked or subject to capacity restrictions.
6. Venue Hire Benefits
- LEGION members are entitled to venue hire benefits as specified in their membership package.
- All venue bookings are subject to availability and advance reservation.
- Additional venue hire hours, equipment, catering or event services beyond those included in the membership package will be charged at the prevailing rates.
7. Membership Usage
- Membership benefits may only be used by the registered designated members.
- Membership benefits may not be transferred, shared or assigned to individuals not listed as designated members.
- House of Story Wear reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of misuse, unauthorised sharing of benefits, disruptive behaviour, or conduct that adversely affects other members, guests or staff.
8. Changes to Membership Benefits
- House of Story Wear reserves the right to amend membership benefits, opening hours, event programming, and these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members.
